Welcome home, you've been expected
The Home I Bear gathers poems written through two years of searching for belonging. Moving through three sections, these poems explore loss and identity as they slowly uncover what it means to inhabit your own skin without running from it.
GET YOUR COPYHello, my name is Robert, and I am an Eastern European artist working primarily in film and poetry. I’m currently based in London, where I’m studying filmmaking and developing my voice as both a visual storyteller and a writer. My creative process often comes from the ugly side of things, from the violence of memory, the weight of fear, and the things most people turn away from.
I’ve recently released my poetry collection, The Home I Bear. This is a very special project for me, because it brings together fragments of my life from the past two years and reaches out toward anyone who has ever questioned where they belong, what they’ve left behind, and what home might be for them.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know a bit about me. I’m always open to new creative conversations and collaborations.
